A graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Domenic possesses a strong foundation in design and engineering principles.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Domenic is a devoted father of three and a supportive husband to Victoria Giampaolo, founder of The Giving G. Deeply committed to his family, he is energized to leverage his skills and dedication to make The Giving G a powerful vehicle to support families, advance treatments, and ultimately find a cure for Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (SJIA).

Molly Rankin is an administrative professional from Northeast Ohio with a passion for event planning and social media. She has organized several successful fundraisers and is dedicated to raising awareness for Systemic Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (SJIA). Inspired by her nephew Giovanni’s diagnosis, Molly is committed to supporting families facing similar challenges and providing resources and encouragement. Through her work, she aims to make a meaningful impact on the SJIA community and help others navigate the journey her family has experienced.

Abigail DeBarr is a Cleveland, Ohio native and a 2019 graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned her degree in English. With a passion for creativity and communication, Abigail has built her career in marketing, focusing particularly on digital marketing. She has experience across a wide range of areas, including social media, print marketing, website building and functionality, copywriting, and event planning. Abigail is deeply committed to making a difference and is especially motivated by her cousin Giovanni's journey with SJIA. She is eager to contribute her skills and energy toward helping find better resources, treatments, and ultimately a cure for all those affected by SJIA.
