Your child must be a receiving treatment at a hospital in the state of Ohio in order to receive support.
The Giving G in its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, amend, or modify the provisions outlined in this application, to waive selected requirements or limitations herein, or to award less than the full amount of the funding available; all in its sole and absolute discretion. Nothing contained herein is intended to obligate or bind, nor shall it be construed to obligate or bind The Giving G to make, award, or fund any support to any person whatsoever, and no person shall have any claim, action, or cause of action against The Giving G for failure to make, award, or fund any support. All determinations will be made with the best efforts of The Giving G. The decisions of The Giving G are final, not subject to appeal and fully within the discretion of The Giving G subject to whatever process modifications it finds necessary in the dispatch of their work to meet the guidelines of the program.
